We walked along the river until the tide came in and covered our path.
The lights were bright, and the roller coaster threw us up high up into the night, then low to the ground.
The highs and lows actually felt the same and I kept my eyes shut for fear of being swept away.
The neon signs were blinding and people were everywhere, laughing loudly and playing games. Escalators shuffled the people up and down.
The roller coaster whipped us back to the beginning.
When it was over, I wished I had kept my eyes open.
Maybe next time.
